Advanced Task Report for Confluence

Advanced Task Report for Confluence provides two macros for working with Confluence tasks: Task Report and Task Plan. Both macros use the same configuration options and filters, but present tasks in different views.

Macros​

Task Report​

Displays tasks in a structured table. This macro is ideal for detailed reports, filtering, and reviewing large sets of tasks.

Task Plan​

Groups tasks by due date and displays them in a time-based layout. This macro helps plan work, track deadlines, and understand task distribution over time.

Date-based visual indicators help you quickly understand task status over time:

  • Completed dates are highlighted in green when all tasks for that date are finished.
  • Overdue milestones are marked in red when they contain unfinished overdue tasks.
  • Upcoming dates are shown in blue for tasks planned in the future.

Key Features​

  • Time-Based Task Plan — group tasks by due date to get a clear, time-based overview. Ideal for planning work, tracking deadlines, and spotting overdue tasks.
  • Customizable Columns — choose which task fields (e.g. Assignee, Due Date, Space) are displayed in the report.
  • Status Filtering — filter tasks by status: All, Incomplete, or Complete.
  • Space and Page Scope — narrow results to specific Confluence spaces or pages.
  • Label Filtering — filter tasks by associated labels.
  • User-Based Filtering — filter by Assignee, Creator, or Completed By.
  • Date Filtering — define ranges for creation and completion dates.
  • Pagination Control — set how many tasks appear per page.
